In general, Websplasher retains full rights to all images made available on the Websplasher web site. When you purchase an image from Websplasher, you acquire a limited use license which gives you certain rights to use the image. Websplasher retains all rights to the image. You acquire the right to use the image, but not the right to resell the image. Once purchased you have the right to make copies of the image for your personal use, and you may use the image as often as you wish. You may not decompile, manipulate or change the image. Any right you acquire to the use of an image, may not be transferred in any way to a third party. You may not sell, share, or give the image to a third party. By purchasing an image from Websplasher, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, and that you will abide by these terms in your use of Websplasher images.
