Step 9:

The transparency you just created is illustrated in Fig. 9. This will become an overlay transparency, and when ever you create these and shadows, you are determining you light source. The arrow which is illustrated in Fig. 9, will show in Xara. By clicking on the little red box and holding down your mouse button, you will be able to drag the arrow and determine the extent of the transparency. Doing this at the opposite end of the arrow allows you to move and reposition the arrow, thus enabling you to determine the angle of light.

Step 10:

Now return to the object you created in Step 8, and position the overlay transparency you created in Step 9. Center the objects and group them (See Fig. 10).
